IHAS, LLC has an exceptional career opportunity for an In House Property Claims Adjuster. In this vital role, you will be responsible for supplementing everything the insurance company overlooked, omitted, code upgrade requirements & compliance, O&P when applicable and so on.
Qualifications
Our ideal candidates will have a construction background with roofing & Siding experience and 1-2 years of property estimating experience. We all know that every insurance company wants adjusters with experience and this may just be the opportunity you are looking for.
Construction background and customer service experience is a big plus. Candidates should possess the ability to manage relationships in a fast paced environment, while demonstrating persistence and problem solving skills. The ability to work under pressure and strong customer service skills will allow you to succeed in this role as an "in house adjuster" preparing supplements for the contractor. Candidates should possess the ability to manage relationships in a fast paced environment, while demonstrating persistence and problem solving. Computer proficiency required with Word, Excel, and Outlook and ACT. Computer estimating skills using Xactimate is a must. You don't have to be Xactimate Certified, just proficient and have the ability to learn fast. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
